The El Paso Children's Hospital Celebration Day is a special event designed exclusively for past hospital patients and their families. This heartwarming day offers an opportunity for these young patients, along with up to four of their beloved family members, to enjoy a memorable outing at the new La Nube Science and Discovery Center. The event includes the following:

Snacks and water
Tickets to the Science and Discovery Center for parties of up to 5
Downtown Parking

Although snacks will be provided, lunch will NOT be provided. Families are encourages to bring their own meals.

Please be aware: By registering for this event, I acknowledge and represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age (or a legally emancipated minor) and am fully competent, have carefully read this authorization and release, fully understand that it is an authorization and release of liability, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed. No oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the statements above, have been made. I expressly agree to release and discharge EPCH, its affiliates, managers, associates, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of, or related in any way to, the making or use the motion pictures, video, or photographs for the uses stated above. I further release any and all rights or claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, televising, or other showing of these motion pictures, video, or photographs, regardless of whether such exhibition, televising, or other showing of photographs or video is under philanthropic, commercial, or private sponsorship, and regardless of whether a fee of admission or film rental is charged.
